We have a 30-day return policy, and if your purchase meets eligibility, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Failure to follow the return guidelines could result in a partial or declined refund.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging unopened. You’ll also need the receipt with invoice, If you have lost your copy of the invoice another copy can be requested.

Please contact your nearest Flaman Fitness store to make sure your item(s) are eligible for return. If your item was purchased online, please contact support@flamanfitness.com. After approval, please ensure that your item is in its original condition and packaging. Any costs incurred to ship the item back is at the customer’s expense.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that experiences pricing glitches found through our Flaman Fitness website and Shopify store. We always intend to be clear and concise regarding pricing errors and to resolve them immediately.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on clearance items or on gift cards.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are worn, altered, or damaged, or on personal goods once they are opened. These items include but are not limited to wrist and knee wraps, sauna belts, headgear, boxing/weightlifting gloves, chalk, sit-up mats, massage devise/rollers, etc.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds based on price differences associated with our own promotional offers and sales. Purchasing product before or after promotional offers and sales does not qualify you for partial or full refunds and returns.

Normal wear and tear are not considered to be defects. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty.

Non-stock/Special Orders are not refundable.

Bowflex, Schwinn & Nautilus Product

All products under these brands are not eligible for refund or exchange. These products come with a warranty provided by the manufacturer, Bowflex and is subject to change as decided by the manufacturer. For technical support, troubleshooting or ordering parts, please contact Bowflex customer service at 1-800-605-3369.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Flaman Fitness will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible, and within any time indicated. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. We will endeavour to notify users if delivery is delayed once we are made aware of the delay. Items are delivered by a third party outside carrier, and that delivery is governed by their shipping contracts. 

If you would like the equipment set up, please contact Flaman Fitness at info@flamanfitness.com and this can be arranged at an additional cost to be paid directly to the carrier or a third party. When contacting Flaman Fitness please include your name, address, day and evening telephone number and information on the product for which you require set up.

Any storage fees from the carrier for items not picked up in the allowed time will be paid by customer and are not the responsibility of Flaman Fitness.

Processing

Most items can be shipped out to the customer within 48 hours of receiving the order. During high volume times, most items can be shipped out to the customer no later than seven regular business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving an order. Customers will be issued a tracking number in their online account to track the order.

Shipping time estimates supplied in the checkout do not include processing times for our distribution centers to fulfill your order which can take up to 48 hours depending on stock and workflow. All our centers close their shipping window at 16:00, in ideal circumstances, any orders before that time can be fulfilled for that day to be shipped. It is recommended that any overnight orders be placed well in advance of our closure of the shipping window.

Your Shipment - What to Expect

Majority of shipments are with our third-party couriers, a small number of them are processed through our in-house delivery teams. Both our couriers and in-house teams deliver the item/s to your door or nearest entrance point. They do not enter the premises and move the item/s to the desired location on the premises. Our standard shipping services also do not include installation and setup with the item/s. Installation & setup come with separate fees at a fair market value.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance can be purchased on a product at the customer’s request for a cost of $49.99 plus taxes. This insurance covers the product not being delivered to the customer, any lost items or any damaged items not covered under the defective items policy (see below).

Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or has been damaged, you must contact Flaman Fitness within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please contact our head office at email service@flamanfitness.com. You must include the original invoice number, model number and serial number.

If you have a broken cosmetic part, you must also include the part number, which can be found in the product manual. Please also include three digital photos of the defective part so we can assess the damage.

A new part will be sent to you at no charge if you are within Canada and as long as the product is under warranty. Any abuse to the equipment or product will void the warranty.

If a machine is put together and there is a defective electronic part, please contact Flaman Fitness’ head office at service@flamanfitness.com and include the original invoice number, serial number, model number and part number from the manual, along with the nature of the issue.

If we determine a new part must be sent to you, that part will be mailed at no cost to you if you are in Canada as long as the product is under warranty. Any abuse to the equipment or product will void the warranty.

Damages during Transit

If your order arrives damaged, it is best to REFUSE the package at the door. If you are unable to do so and accept the package, make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery record and photo taken of shipment in order for Flaman Fitness to file a damage claim. Save the products AND the original packaging it arrived in, and contact us for further instructions.

Liability

Any damage done to the customer’s property during delivery of equipment or products is the responsibility of the courier or third party and is not the responsibility of Flaman Fitness. Any claims must be taken up with delivery company.

Shipping Restrictions

Flaman Fitness reserves the right not to ship to certain addresses or ship certain products.

This shipping policy does not apply to commercial equipment or machines. For shipping of commercial machines please contact Flaman Fitness at info@flamanfitness.com to arrange a quote.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Flaman Group of Companies are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
